●Through discussions with clients, Awana will first determine what qualifications the candidates must have

●Awana will then post advertisements at appropriate media to look for potential candidates

●If a candidate’s profile corresponds to our requirements, our consultants will contact the candidate for telephone interviews and/or face-to-face interviews

● After pre-selection, Awana usually recommend three candidates to clients for further interviews

Our consultants will not rest until our clients are satisfied.
